New Build Exterior Finishes Advisory Service

Exteriors package includes a 5 hr block of time.
We will meet in person and review your building plans. I will establish a color and materials palette for the exterior of your new home.
You will receive a materials list for all of the exterior finishes for your home including:
Windows, fascia, soffits, roof, siding, garage doors, exterior doors, decking, railings, trim and stones accents.
Extra time can be purchased in 1hr increments at a cost of $95/hr.
