2 Hour Design Work Session - New Build

My goal is to guide you through the design process of your new build and the 2 Hour Design Work Session is the first step in this process, and sometimes all you will need.
Whether you need guidance through the whole process or just want some general advice or someone to bounce ideas off, it all starts with an Initial Design Work Session.
We will discuss the particulars of your design project during your 15 min Discovery Call.
A Design Work Session is for you if :

• You are building a new home or renovating an your existing home
• You're frustrated with trying to pull together your exterior finishes, You can decide what window color works best with the siding you envision or how to coordinate you fascia and gutters to all of the other finishes.
• You're trying to choose the right interior finishes but are not sure what to choose first and how to coordinate it to the other materials
• You've chosen all of you finishes but have no clue what color to paint the walls You grab swatch after swatch but don't know what looks best with the other finishes you have chosen
• You're trying to plan your kitchen and bathrooms but aren't sure how to lay it out for maximum function and the best look.
• You just want someone to come in and create your dream home because you don't have time to consider all of the little details
• You want to work on your home yourself but need a plan
• You don't know what the heck you need but you feel overwhelmed by it all!

I will start by chatting about :

• What you're struggling with and what your design plans are.
• Talk about your likes and dislikes.
• How to develop your design style
• How you and your family want to live in your home.

During our Consult
I’ll answer your questions & offer you practical, professional advice & tips on anything from paint colours to fixed finish options, space planning, lighting ideas and window coverings. Have your note pad ready! as this will be a jam packed design session with a lot of information coming your way.
I'll bring samples of paint, tile, counter tops, hardwood and luxury vinyl flooring, exterior products, etc., whatever goes along with the finishes your are needing help with.
Continuing on from our initial design work session, if you are not confident or don't have the time to move forward on your own, you may then choose to have me come up with a design plan for you.
